Captured Celebrations provides premium photo booth rental services for events in Ontario, Canada, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, galas, and brand activations. Inquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon execution of a signed service agreement and receipt of a deposit.
Submitting an inquiry through this website is free and non-binding. Quoted prices are estimates only and are subject to change based on event details, travel distance, and availability. All confirmed pricing will be set out in a written service agreement.
By booking our services, you grant Captured Celebrations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photos and videos captured at your event for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, website, and advertising, unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent to such use prior to your event date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Captured Celebrations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable service.
We are not liable for event cancellations or service disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, or acts of God.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Captured Celebrations and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Captured Celebrations and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
For clients located in the United States (including California), applicable US consumer protection laws may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under US federal or state law.
